There is an interface that helps with the calculation of fees to be charged and the printing of invoices. The system can be programmed to generate automated reminders to alert a given employee about an upcoming appointment. Schedules can also be exported to Outlook as well as to a number of different formats including HTML, Excel, TXT, and XML for use with other utilities (say a web-based system). Automatic backup and restore features protect against crashes.
